As ever the evenings will be hosted by the inimitable Russell Prior from award-winning wine merchants Pagendam Pratt. We also have the added bonus of the return of Pete Smith to the kitchen, Pete was the original Head Chef at The Monkey Tree and is back from opening Copper and The Cross Keys in the last year.
