Starters


(v) Curried parsnip soup

(v)  Warm toasted muffin glazed with stilton rarebit

Confit of duck and pork with brandied apricots and toasted brioche 

Ballontine of salmon with rocket salad and piccalilli

Mains


Roast beef s/w horseradish mash and Yorkshire pudding

Seared tuna s/w basmati rice, stir fry mange tout and a light curry sauce

(v)  Goats cheese celeriac and sweet potato roulade

Roast breast of chicken s/w chorizo crushed new potato’s and braised red cabbage 

(All mains are served with roast potatoes and a selection of vegetables)



Desserts


Apple and blackberry crumble with sauce AnglaIse

Selection of cheeses

Vanilla Crème Brûlée s/w macerated raspberries

Warm Belgian waffles s/w maple syrup
